How the ProSizer™ Works
The ProSizer™
is a small device worn over the penis to increase size.
Specifically, the ProSizer™ extender uses traction
to apply consistent outward pressure to the penis. Over a
short period of time, the penis increases in size as a
direct result of this traction.
In essence, there's nothing to do except put it on,
adjust the tension and forget about it. Wear it whenever
you want - sleeping, working or just sitting around the
house. The extender does all the work for you.
The ProSizer™ is easy to use, comfortable, painless and can
even be worn discretely under loose-fitting trousers!

The Physiology Behind the ProSizer™
The principle behind our device is simple.
It's no secret that the human body has an innate natural
ability to adapt under physical influence. When particular
parts of the body are exposed to gentle but constant
pressure (also know as "traction"), the cell
tissue in the targeted area begins to divide and
multiply, thus creating new tissue.
The end result is an increase in size of the targeted area.
In fact, you may already be somewhat familiar with the principles of traction...
Consider these widely-known (yet extreme) examples:

The use of neck rings by women in some indigenous
cultures to elongate the neck. In their
society, a long neck is considered a sign of beauty.
Or how about the use of lip disks and ear disks by tribal
natives and indians. By using disks of increasing size over time,
they are able to expand these body parts to almost unbelievable size.

Many native people have used traction to increase
the size of the penis as well. The Sadhus holy men of
India, Peruvian Cholomecs, and Papua Indians of New
Guinea are all examples. Men in these groups ritually
employ penis traction techniques, attaining lengths
up to 22 inches.
How to Use the ProSizer™
If not assembled, assemble ProSizer™ as shown in image below.
Components:
The ProSizer™ consists of a plastic base
attached to (2) adjacent threaded brass extension rods
with adjustment knobs. A plastic support rests on top of the extension
rods, and a silicone hose is threaded through the support.

Notes:
- Thread silicone hose through support, allowing loop to form on the bowl-shaped side of the support.
- The support is NOT intended to fit tightly onto the extension rods. The support is supposed to be very loose. The support will be held onto the rods by a combination of pressure from traction and gentle resistance from the loop-secured penis.
Application:
The device is used by placing the base over the penis,
so that the extension rods are parallel with the
penis shaft (one on each side).
The head of the penis rests in the bowl-shaped support.
By passing the two ends of the silicone hose through
the holes in the support, a loop is made through which the head
of the penis is introduced. Before tightening the loop
around the head of the penis, the support should be
fully pressed onto the extension rods. Once again, the
support is not supposed to fit tightly on the extension rods.
The loop is secured around the head of the penis
by pulling the ends of the hose on the reverse side
of the support. The hose is fitted just below the
glans (head) of the penis.
To prevent loosening, the ends of the hose may be either tied
in a knot or pressed into the two notches on the back of the support.
In rare cases, initial soreness can be experienced
from using the device. Such soreness is usually
caused by excessive traction. To prevent soreness,
never exceed your comfort level.
To relieve any soreness around the head of the penis
caused by the silicone hose, you may use a small cloth
wipe or surgical gauze pad to act as a cushion between the
hose and the skin (see image below).
Demonstration Instructions:
Adjustment:
Once the device has been applied to the penis, you may
manually adjust the amount of tension (traction) applied
to the penis using the adjustment screw knobs on the
extension rods.
For best results, we recommend that you maintain equal
tension on each rod. The best way for you to verify this
is to measure the distance or count the number of
threads on each extension rod. For instance, if 7 screw threads
are showing on the left extension rod, then adjust the right
screw knob until 7 screw threads are showing on the right
extension rod. This will ensure that equal traction is applied
to both sides.
Unlike other extenders, our extension rods DO NOT use
spring-loaded mechanisms, which means you have 100%
control over the amount of tension you apply.
Using the adjustment screw knobs, apply just enough
tension so that you feel a gentle stretch of the
penis, but that it causes no discomfort whatsoever.
CAUTION: NEVER adjust the device beyond your comfort level.
Every few days or as desired, turn each adjustment screw
knob approximately one revolution outward, which
will add just a little bit more tension to the penis.
Repeat as needed.
Usage:
For the first 2 weeks, the device should not be worn
for more than 4 hours per day, and only mild tension
should be applied.
Thereafter, the device may be worn up to 12 hours per
day, and mild or moderate tension may be applied.
While using the device, the penis can be held at
any position except sideways. The device may be worn
during the day and will remain inconspicuous in
loose-fitting trousers. The device may also be worn
at night while sleeping. The hose may become
detached from the penis during restless sleep. If this
occurs, simply re-attach as needed.
For best results, the ProSizer™ device should be
worn approximately 10 hours per day for a period of no
less than 5 months. Take InVigorex penis enlargement
pills and EjacuMax volume enhancement pills daily
for optimal results.
Removal:
The device can be easily removed by loosening the silicone
hose and removing the penis from the loop. The device
can then be removed from around the base of the penis.
When not in use, the device can be left assembled. To make
re-application easier, do not move the adjustment screw knobs.
Tip: You may wish to mark the threaded rod with a marker to
indicate the position of the screw knobs.
Care and Maintenance:
The device should be handled carefully. Avoid bending the
extension rods, tearing the silcone hose or breaking the
support or base. Replacement components may be available.
The plastic base and support may be cleaned at your
discretion with mild soap and water. Keep water away
from brass metal components. Do not place device in
dishwasher. A chlorhexidine alcohol solution of 0.5%
may be used for disinfection.
